Beginning in 2025 medical marijuana will be legal medicinally but still illegal recreationally. However, medicinal CBD is permitted.

  • Arthritis 

  • Cachexia 

  • Cancer

  • Chronic pain/muscle pain

  • Crohn's Disease

  • Epilepsy 

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Glaucoma

  • Hepatitis C 

  • Huntington's Disease

  • Multiple Sclerosis

  • Muscular Dystrophy 

  • Nerve pain

  • Parkinson's Disease

  • PTSD

  • Sickle cell

  • Terminal illness
