Cancer associated with chronic pain, nausea/severe vomiting, wasting

Cachexia (wasting syndrome)

Lou Gehrig’s disease (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or ALS)

Seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy

Inflammatory bowel disease, including Crohn’s disease
